Per the specs there is a 3 year limited warranty on the unit. What's covered by the warranty, and what isn't, grip max cords and the dogs and clamps or ...?: Everything on the unit will have a 3 year warranty.

Is any provision made to slide into the channels of the Kreg saw horses? Otherwise, I assume just installing the appropriate head-size screws into the back (not sure how sturdy the compressed fiberboard is for that).: No this is a stand along unit that will sit on a workbench or table top.
