What do I use to seal my mdf portable work top with?: I would use a spray sealer and make sure you only use a thin layer.
What is the Distance Between the Legs , Horizontal & Vertical NOT Diagonally ?: The longer side is 17-1/2" between legs and short side is 12" between legs. Height from bottom of the unit to the bottom of legs are 4 to 4-1/2".
What is the grip max cord? I don't see it in the Pictures or the video.: That is a grip cord that is installed in the channels of the top to hold the material from moving around when working on the top.
