"I received the 720 pro quickly after ordering. I opened the kit to find some missing components, the two screw bits were missing! I contacted their support and Billy from their support department promptly replied and rushed the two missing screw bits to me! Besides the missing components, which Billy quickly rectified the problem, I enjoy using the 720 pro. It's got some dust collecting components that I can hook up to my dust collector. I can secure it to my work benches with the provided clamp for stability. You can flip the unit to get to hard to reach places and angles. Convenient storage on the jig and two boxes that help keep long pieces stable. They almost lost a star from my review because of being sent an incomplete unit, but because of Billy and their support department quick response to the issue, it was a mere inconvenience."
"I wanted to like it. It is very very cheaply made. The plastic used on the sides and boxes is stuff from a happy meal quality. If it was 50 bucks I could see it but for over 100 it is not worth it. You can not store the unit without removing the dust collection. I know it is Kreg but it needs to be better."
