What is the height of the part that touches the workpiece?: The pusher is 1/2" tall.

i have 4 of these how do you get them to lock every time i clamp something as soon as i turn loose of the knob they come undone i can't get them to stay clamped: The Kreg In-Line Clamps are designed so that you can turn the knob and add up to 250 lbs. of clamping force. They should only release this pressure when you turn the knob in the opposite direction.
