The ACS is an ok

"The ACS is an ok system but it doesn’t replace having a good table saw. If I were to do it over again I would purchase the track saw and guide and save the money for a good table saw. With that said, if setup properly, it is fairly accurate and can be used in lieu of a miter saw and table saw. Ask depends on what you can afford and what hurdles you’re willing to deal with."

What dimensions are the T-tracks with the measuring tape?: They are 1/2" wide.
Are the holes 20mm?: The holds measure 3/4".
Are bench dog holes 3/4"?: Yes, they measure 3/4"
How do the t-tracks with rulers remove from old table and how to remount them in the replacement top?: There are bolts that stick out under the table directly under those tracks. You will loosen the nuts and that will allow the tracks to come out.
Hello, I bought an ACS3000 table recently. I would like to know if you recommend to make an application to protect the MDF of the table. What should I use? Thank you very much for answering my question. Have a good day !: You can put a light sealer on there but you will wan to make sure it does not get into the dog holes as those can not change sizes.
Does the replacement top come with the aluminum t tracks with rulers? One of mine were damaged and I can’t seem to find a replacement track with the ruler anywhere: The replacement top will not come with any of the accessories. It will be the wood top and the replacement screws.

Will the ACS Project Table Cutting System cut different boards of thickness. As all I see cut in the video is 3/4 inch thick stock. If so I’m assuming you would change the cutting depth on the saw as not to cut through the table top.: When adjusting the saw, you will want to set the saw to the thickness of the lumber you will be cutting. If you using a thinner piece with the larger setting, you do run the risk of cutting through the table.
Do you just remove everything from the old one and install on new one. Also will it be as accurate as the top with everting mounted: Yes, you will disassemble the top from the base. Then you will take the wood top off and assemble again with the new one. You will get the same results as a brand new complete top.
What is the thickness of the table top. I am considering making my own bench and using your project table top along with the track system. My thought was to use MDF under your table top to make use of the bog holes and track system together: The MDF is 3/4" thick that is in the top.
