"Need to clamp work piece when pulling in clamp to cut line ,also need to put support under for thin pieces oryoursaw shoe will go under guide when ripping 1/4" sheets because of the flex in 1/4" . Does keep your cut straight when using will probably be great for thicker plywood or solid wood."

- You can use this with using only one track.
- Is your straight edge guide (Item#: KMA4500) made for cutting a minimum length of 4 feet, or can it be used to for straight cuts of 2 feet or 3 feet? Thank you.
- The Straight Edge is two tracks but together so you can use one track if you want by moving the handle to the track with the clamp head.
- I see no design feature that ensures perpendicularity cuts to the sheet good clamped edges. How can the operator verify perpendicularity using a framing square for example?
- You have two indicator arms that you will line up with your marks on the wood. Then you will move them out of the way before your cut.

- Yes, it will work on that size lumber.

- To extend the Straight Edge, you will be using the KMA4600 Extensnion.

- There is not minimum. The handle will attach the the track with the clamp head on it to clamp to as small of width of lumber you want.
