Works Great For all Types of Slides

"The Drawer Slide Jig makes it easy to install both side mount slides and the Blum Tandem undermount slides. The jig is easy to use compared to other jigs that I have used. I especially like that the jig can be used to install the drawer and the slides. Holding the drawer level at the right height to screw the slides on had always been the most difficult part installing drawers. As a professional furniture maker; I will be using this jig every time I need to install drawers. The jig was simple to understand and ready to use right out of the box which saves time on my production. I am always impressed with the quality and easy of use of Kreg products."

Q&A

How do you use the jig on bottom drawers? Seems the jig would bottom out on the bottom of the cabinet.
Only way to use this on a bottom drawer is when it is up from the bottom at least 4". It will not work on a drawer right at the bottom.
How does it hold the slides in place while attaching to the cabinet? Magnets, friction?
No, the slide will just sit on the jig.

Will this work for putting drawer slides on pull out trays...close to the bottom of the cabinet?
The pull out tray will need to be at least 4" from the bottom of the cabinet to get these to work.
What clamp is best for drawer slide jig
You can use the KHC3, KHC6 or KHC-PREMIUM.
Can the Drawer Slide Jig be used for a cabinet that is only 9 to10 inches deep?
The Jig is 14" long so the cabinet will need to be deeper than that.
Trying to use with existing drawers where I can not remove the drawer fronts. Need advice
You can use this to attach the inside tracks but the outside maybe a problem depending on the length of the drawer. The Jig measures 14" long. So as long as the drawer front will be at least 14" away from the face frame, it will also help with holding the box in place while attaching the glide to the side of that drawer.
