Makes hanging doors easy

"I bought this along with some of the other tools to make cabinets in my garage. Each one made the different steps of the process so much easier than trying to do them by hand. "I haven’t had a chance to use it yet. I got it because I’m going to be starting a big project in a while. The project is going to be pretty big. The price seemed to be good and I knew I would be needing it. I’m going to build a workbench in my garage. It’s going to be modular and have spots for my table saw, miter saw, drill press, air filtration and cabinets along with shelving and lighting and power outlets for all of my equipment."

When using the "inset" setting on the jig to help install an inset frameless door, what is the resulting reveal between the bottom of the door and the cabinet box?: That will depend on what settings you use.
Can this door mounting jig be used to mount non-hidden hinges (old style hinges) that mount on the outside of the face frame?: Yes, you sure can use that for those hinges.
Do I have a defect in my Cabinet Door Mounting Jig? I noticed my jig is not a true 90 degrees. Hence, even though it held the doors up, almost every cabinet door had to be moved up and down a bit to align with each other. I put a square against it, and you can see the unit is not square. It is not a lot off, but enough I could tell it did not clamp perfectly square against the cabinet frames. If the cabinet bottom is flush mounted to a cabinet top, can the Kreg jig be used?: Yes, you can use this on that application.
I’m installing inset doors with a 1/8” reveal between the door and face frame. Will this jig accommodate that?: No, the settings go from inset to 1/4" overlay.
Would this jig also work for the INSET type hinges?: Yes, this will work with inset doors and up to 2" overlay.
Can this jig be used for butt hinges?: This can be used with any type of hinges to mount the door to the cabinet.
Is the support arm supposed to sit at 90 degrees to the cabinet frame? (i.e. square) Mine doesn't and so the cabinet door tilts on an angle away from the frame, it doesn't matter how hard I clamo it the jig won't come into square: That should be holding that door flat. I have emailed you directly to help you out.
Can this be used in a bottom cabinet that has no way to clamp from underneath?: This Jig will need to be clamped down. If there are no way to clamp it, it will not be able to be used
Can this be used for installing inset doors?: Yes, These can be used with inset doors.
