"I found the unit to be constructed well for the most part and the setup instructions were easy to follow. Had it up and running and did test cuts in no time. Only a couple items that I think would be good improvements and that would be positive fence stops or detents for standard thicknesses (. 5”, . 75” & 1. 5”) as well as a manual latch/ release that would allow the access panel to open and close more smoothly (it closes very tight, which is good but not without a bang and some good vibration). Looking forward to putting it through its paces soon on a complete kitchen cabinet build. I’m confident at this point that it will do the job well (of course it will, it’s a Kreg!) and be much more efficient than traditional pocket hole jigs that require a separate drill."

- Is it easy to set up to use 1 1/4" stock? Or is it only for 3/4", 1", and 1 1/2"?
- There are not settings for that size. You will use the 3/4" settings with the 1-1/2" screw.
- Is there a left handed version?
- No, we only have the one version of the Foreman.
- Can i get a replacement rubber foot?

- Any fix for the platic knob that come loose?
- You could put some teflon tape on it where the threads are in the nut. That way it will be a tighter fit.
- Can you cut pocket hole plugs with this and if so what is needed
- No, you can not cut plugs with the Foreman
- I need the detentions of the dust port so I can order the appropriate adapter for my shop vac. Can you please tell me the inner and outer diameters or maybe recommend an exact adapter that connects to a 2 1/2” shop vac hose? Thanks so much 🙏
- The dust port measures 1-1/4" inside and 1-3/8" outside.
- What angle does the Foreman drill the hole into the wood?
- That will drill a 15 degree angle
- Can you use the Forman on thinner material like a picture frame on 45 degree angle?
- You can use the Foreman with 1/2", 3/4" and 1-1/2" thickness settings.
