I see the standalone microjighas been discontinued. Any chance it will return?: The Micro Drill Guide that you are referring to was not designed to be a stand alone jig. It was always an accessory to be used in the K3, K4 and K5 models. We do offer new drill guides for the newer KPHJ520PRO and KPHJ720 models.
What are the size screws to use with this micro bit into 1/2 material?: For the Micro holes, you will want to be purchase the pan headed screws. For 1/2", you will be using either the 3/4" or 1" screws.
Does the Micro-Pocket Drill Bit with Drill Guide fit the with K5 Master System?: This product is for the Foreman. If you are looking for the Micro Guide for the K5, you will need the KJMICRODGB.
