Drill Press Stand

"Love these stands. The only thing I wish the bolt holes were spaced further apart. This would enable me to use my Milwaukee ratchet to tighten all of the bolts on the stand. This is my fifth stand, the other four are on casters. This stand will be fixed to the wall. Did half of the table using dowels and the other half using tenons. I was very disappointed when

"I was very disappointed when it was assembled and saw that there was so much wasted space under the bottom shelf. There is no option to adjust the shelf height due to the was it was designed. I wanted to return it, but already had it assembled and the boxes were thrown away."

I have purchased six of

"I have purchased six of these benches while upgrading my woodshop this year. Of these, three I purchased with tops, two with dog holes. The other three I provided the tops. One I had to cut several inches off of the tops of the legs to accommodate the custom miter saw bed that I made. The legs were easily cut with an abrasive blade in a circular saw. I have one bench on wheels. These benches are very sturdy and solid once assembled. The feet allow for minute height adjustment for levelling purposes. Assembly is straight forward and is basically that of an adult erector set. I did use a three inch long #2 phillips bit to attach the tops that not everyone might have on hand. I did have one box that was missing some hardware and was easily and quickly rectified with a call to customer service. The price tag is a bit steep but overall I am very happy with the product."

Can I get a bench top for the 44”x64”: I am sorry to say, we do not have a top that large.
What is weight limit: The stand has a weight limit of 600 pounds.
How many bench rails come with KBS6464? one picture shows 4, another shows 8: That package will come with 8 64" rails and the leg set.
Can crossmembers be added below primary surface to help support a wider top or should I support a 3/4 top with a torsion box or alike? If crossmembers can be added, what height is the space?: Nothing is premade for what you are looking to do. You would need to make something.
Can you make one 72" x 72"?: We do not make anything that size.
Can you fit a 2nd shelf under the top shelf? I am looking to secure a hose reel.: No, once you put the rail in, there will not really be any room between the rails. Those extra holes are to recess a tool so it fits to the top of bench.
What is the max height difference from the upper rails to the bottom rails?: That height is 16"
Is there a caster kit for this bench?: Yes, those castors are the PRS3090.
What is the weight limit on the 44x64?: All our stands can hold up to 600 pounds.
