Is there any way to level these for an uneven garage floor? Perhaps by adding another nut between the leg assembly and the caster? Would doing so have a negative impact on the strength of the caster?: You can adjust that by using the bottom adjustable leg parts instead of the casters.
Will the PRS3090 wheels work with the PRS1045 Precision Router Table System?: Yep. Those will work on the Router Table.
Do they work on the 14" x 20" Universal Bench with Standard-Height Legs?: Yes, these will work on that bench.
What are the pieces of hardware that come with the casters? And how adjustable will the height be with casters? I would like to use these on the 24x32 hevea top with the table hardware, but I can't find any info on the actual table instructions. It would be nice if you would have manuals for ALL of your items, and all in one place (the manuals section). This info would be very helpful when planning a project, especially when the shipping charges are high (for example, the hardware for the cart).: You will get 4 casters and 4 nuts. You will adjust the leg ends to adjust the height of the tabletop with the casters on.
