"I recently bought the jigsaw for building some Adirondak chairs. I was having some issues with the shoe while cutting scrolls in the 2x8 cedar boards. I called customer service and they were able to resolve my problem right away. This is the best customer service department I have ever dealt with. Thank you so much."
