"Need to clamp work piece when pulling in clamp to cut line ,also need to put support under for thin pieces oryoursaw shoe will go under guide when ripping 1/4" sheets because of the flex in 1/4" . Does keep your cut straight when using will probably be great for thicker plywood or solid wood."
"The quality is without completion in today’s DIY market. This tool is excellent for use at home on on the job site. The aluminum extrusions are true and straight. "Though this is ma good idea, using it in a practical sense on the job site each day is cumbersome and takes more time than just clamping a 2x4 to your sheet and making a cut. For cabinet making it's probably a viable solution. But using it in ordinary construction certainly is not a time saver."
