Q&A
- Trying to decide whether to get the shorter or taller resaw guide. Will the taller guide interfere with the saw guide if resawing a 3/4 board?
- This will all depend on how thick your cut it. If it is a thick board against the Resaw Guide, the blade guide may clear the Resaw Guide. But if it is a narrow and short cut, you will want to get the shorter so the saw guide can control the deflection in the blade.
- Will the resew guide fit the fence on a Rykon 10 inch deluxe model?
- The Kreg Resaw Guides are designed to be used with the Kreg Band Saw Fence. Unfortunately, we have not tested them on a Rikon Fence.
- What is the Re-Saw Guide used for?
- The Re-Saw Guide (available in 4.5″ and 7″) provides more control when re-sawing your material. Its curved front allows you to adjust your feed angle as you cut.
