"Ordering the reducing rings seemed like a no brainer. Glad I did. Inexpensive, good assortment of sizes and a storage tray. They are plastic but fit and locked well in the router lift. Their use will help manage the collection of dust off router cuts."

"I purchased the rings to get the ring without the hole. I recently purchased a Kreg Router Lift (sorry. . from Amazon), and installed it on my table saw table. The solid ring was my most needed item in the set. This allows me to utilize the table saw without having to worry about sawdust or wood chips interfering with future uses of the lift and router. It would be great if Kreg offered the solid ring (or cover) for DIYers like myself who can not yet afford a Kreg router table."
