Will my Incra lift work in the $499.00 router table?: These have a plate that measures 9-1/4" x 11-3/4" x 3/8". If that plate on the Incra has that measurement, it will work.
Does this come with 4 levelers: Yes, this will be a pack of 4.
My router table top is 1 1/2" thick. I'm having trouble getting the set screws to come up as high as I need them to. They are getting really difficult to turn and I've got at least another 1/8" to go. Can I scrub off some of the "gold" that's on the bottom to make them easier to turn?: I would not take any of that stuff off as that holds the screw in place so it does not move with all the vibration of the router.
What is the maximum thickness of a table these will work for?: The max is 1-1/2".
