Are there/will there be more countersink sizes to make this tool a bit more versatile?

We do not have any plans at this time to have any other sizes but you never know what will come out in the future.

The drill bit that came with the quick flip broke. I have other 7/6 bits, but they are a little longer than the original bit. Does anyone know where I can get the exact size to replace the original?

Do the 7/64" pilot bits have a flat on the shank to interface with the set screw? If so are replacement bits available? I have similar tool that counter sinks and have had a difficult time grinding a flat on the small drill bit.

Bought a quick flip and it broke on the first use. Brass ring came off and the small bearing was lost. I would send it back but I lost the receipt.

Would this be acceptable to use for doing face frames of two cabinets?

Yes, this would work to do that application as long as the face frames are at least 3/4" thick.

The Quick-Flip features a flat bottom counter bore so you can drill holes for use with Kreg screws
