"I have used this now a few times, both on a router table as well as free hand. It works great on the table, but you can mess it up when you're free handing it. I was routing a corner with a full-size router and it slipped and clipped the side. It broke a piece off the main part but is still usable and still working. It was definitely my fault as I was rushing the cut. Make sure to take your time and it works great."

- Newbie, here. How would I go about rounding inner corners rather than outer corners? Is there a guide for that? For example, I have a board that has a small rectangular cutout on one side and I want round the corners that are inside the cutout.
- At this time, we do not have any type of jig that will do inner corners.
- Do I have to use kreg router bits or will any flush trim bit work?
- We have not tested them with any other brand of bits.
- Can the guides be purchased individually? I damaged the 1" radius guide...

- That will all depend on the bit used. The 1/4" bits are up to 1 1/8" thick, 1/2" bits are up to 1 3/8" thick

- The guide is positioned on the corner edges of your material. The edge stop posts contact and sit flush again the material.
