Seems good so far, but missing pieces
"I just received my vacuum today, and so far it seems pretty good. Good sucking (?), lightweight, and the power seems good. I'm also looking forward to using it to inflate a float for a river float. But it arrived without the crevasse and wide nozzle tools. At first, I only realized that the crevasse tool was missing, and I called the tollfree number. I surprisingly quickly got through to a human, and I explained the problem. I was told that they would send an entirely new unit to me as soon as they were again in stock (a couple of weeks). I only later realized that the wide nozzle was missing, but I assume that that will also be included in the new unit. While I was on the phone with the customer service representative, I asked about the availability of a bag to put into the reservoir, and was told that Kreg doesn't carry them. In my opinion this is a mistake, because the HEPA filter will fairly quickly clog without it I hope that Kreg rectifies this in the future."
