"Purchased this Mini Jig to repair a cabinet spreader that was dislodged when removing old scribe. The pocket hole needed to be inline spreader to frame are coplanar. The Jig made the repair very efficient and with the plugs almost invisible once painted. Very satisfied!"

"Purchased this for some amateur furniture construction and it has been fantastic. I looked through all the variations of this product, including the multi slot and fancy precise versions, but having used this, all that is really unnecessary. Just line up the front with a pencil mark or use spacers, its not complicated."

Q&A
Can you tell me what the length is please? I'm not sure if I would have enough room to use it on what i have in mind, thanks.
That is 4" long
Hi, what screw size/type should I use with 15mm hard wood? I'm thinking #7 or #8 partially threaded button cap about 25mm long?
You will want to be using the 1" fine threaded screw.
What is the width of the Mini jig? I'm looking to fit it in the trough of a 3/4" dado.
The width of the Mini Jig is 1" wide and unfortunately would not work with your application.
Is it possible to remove the grey colored material thickness stop on the bottom of the 320 to allow it to lie flat on the wood and use it similar to the Mini? Is there a way to determine where to position the 320 relative to the end of the wood by measuring manually, just as is done with the Mini?
Yes, you can pop off the bottom portion of the 320 to use it flat.
Would you be able to print or etch the jig pisitioning, depth collar positioning, and screw recommendations on the jig? Thank you
You could do that.
Is the same size drill bit used with the "mini" as with the larger jigs?
Yes, the bit is a 3/8".
? Drill Angle ?
That angle of the pocket holes are 15 degrees.
What is the recommended spacing of the jig for 1" stock?
When using the Mini with 1" stock, you will set the Jig for the 3/4" settings and use the 1-1/2" screw.
What is the tear-drop recess on the bottom side of the Kreg Jig® Mini for?
Inserting Kreg plugs into your pocket holes is easy when you use the tear-drop recess on the bottom side of your Kreg Jig® Mini. To use, simply place a plug into the tear-drop recess on the underside of the jig. Then, press on the jig to firmly seat the plug into your pocket hole.
Can I use the Kreg Jig® Mini without a clamp?
The Kreg Jig® Mini should not be used without a clamp. If the jig shifts during the drilling process, it can break the tip and damage your workpiece pocket holes. Find the right Kreg Clamp here.
Simple.
The Kreg Pocket-Hole Jig Mini is good for very specific applications where the smallest jig possible is required. The simplistic design includes the hardened-steel drill guide of the other jigs, but does not include a reference fence, so material thickness adjustments must be made manually.
Unlimited Material Thickness
The Kreg Pocket-Hole Jig Mini is the only Kreg Pocket-Hole Jig that does not include a positioning fence. This fenceless design allows you to make precise angle and stock depth adjustments as needed, making the Mini the most positionable jig available.
Wood-Chip Relief Hole
With the Pocket-Hole Jig Mini, you don’t have to keep removing the drill bit to clean out the hole. A wood-chip relief hole in the jig gives the removed material a place to go, so you can keep on drilling.
Plug-Setting Feature
If you decide to conceal or decoratively accent your pocket holes with our solid wood pocket hole plugs, the Mini’s plug setting feature is the fastest, easiest, and safest way to do so.
Hardened-Steel Drill Guides
Precise pocket holes are a guarantee with the Pocket-Hole Jig Mini because the hardened-steel drill guide keeps the bit from deflecting as it hits the workpiece.
