Wrong house, right tool..!!!!!

"Hi all. First and for most... the tool I ordered fell OFF The porch where it had been placed out of the weather. And was on time , for delivery from vendor as promised. I had written saying that I had never received it. Well, I DID !!! And hope this clears up any confusion. Now about my guide, I love it...the gauge for the blade is a real time saver. So far it has stayed in place and been very accurate. Thanks for all the great tools that you are putting out. PS. hurry up and get your micro jig back in stock."

"Used to cut hardy board with circular saw and cement blade."

Square Cut

"It works really well to make smooth, square cuts with a circular saw. It would be helpful if it allowed the positioner tab to be adjusted for cordless saws with the motor housing on the right side."

Similarly to other Kreg tools

"Similarly to other Kreg tools I’ve purchased this is a quality tool. It is very handy and easy to use."

Only good for right handed circular saws

"I tried to use on a left handed circular saw and was cumbersome to use. I’m right handed and using with my left handed saw puts the guide on the blade side of the saw led, and on the narrowest part of the sled. I’m unable to use it on the motor side of the saw since the design of the guide only works from the left hand side of the saw. Using it on a jigsaw is better but only allows cutting using the guide on the left side of the saw. I find this product only slightly more useful than the usual method of either making a guide or using a square. I think with a slight change in design, the guide could be made to be used on either side of the saw. Or at least state in the product info the product only works on right handed saws."

Q&A

How do you use the roof pitch tool?
For the roof pitch tool you will place one mark on your material at the far left point of the jig and then place another mark at the appropriate pitch you are looking for. Once you connect those two dots you will have a cut line for that pitch.
Can this be used with the track from the ACS/plunge saw ? Squaring that track quickly would be neat.
I am sorry to say, the Square Cut is designed to be used with a standard circular saw.
Do you have a product that not only cuts in a square manner, but angles also, like Bora's does? BTW, I have half a dozen of your guides and love them. Would rather buy your products.
I am sorry to say, at this time, we do not have anything like the square cut that will help cut angles.
Does this fit on the Accu-Cut Rail?
I am sorry to say, the Square cut will not fit the Accu-Cut. The Square Cut is a standalone Jig to make straight cross cuts on lumber up to 12" wide.
If the Square-Cut doesn't fit the Accu-Cut Track how would you recommend to make sure the track is square to the edge you are cutting from? Thank you, Gus
The square cut is for lumber up to 12" wide to create a straight cross cut with your circular saw.
