Router Safety Switch

The Kreg Router Safety Switch protects against automatic start-up in the event of a power interruption and is mandatory for machines in stationary use. Depending on the manufacturer, functions may be impaired when controlling machines via the safety switch, e.g.:

• Festool OF 1010 & OF1400: The motor brake of the router is deactivated

• Bosch GOF 1250 CE/LCE: Due to the restart protection of the router, the safety switch prevents the router from restarting when the ON button is pressed
