Kreg Cares, which is Kreg Tool’s charitable giving arm, is pleased to announce that it has made a $100,000 donation to Central Campus in Des Moines, Iowa. Central Campus is a Regional Academy that complements and extends the programs of Central Iowa schools by offering unique academic and career opportunities that direct, inspire and motivate a diverse group of students. Over 2,000 students from dozens of Iowa high schools experience their Advance Career Training Programs that provide them the opportunity to earn college credit and a two-year Associates Degree at no cost. Some of the unique programs that Central Campus offers include marine biology, fashion design and merchandising, one of the best culinary arts programs in the country, a variety of skilled trades programs, including woodworking, and more.

Kreg Cares is a strong supporter of educational programs that further technical learning, especially skilled trades programs. The donation will allow for Central Campus to invest in products and materials to enhance their skilled trades program and provide additional opportunities for students to participate and excel in this area.
