carry a 30 day complete satisfaction guarantee.
If for any reason you are not completely
satisfied within 30 days of purchase with any
of our products, simply call us at 800-447-8638
with your receipt to receive an RA number that
will authorize return and refund. Any KREG
product purchased through a KREG reseller must
be returned
to the appropriate reseller for refund.
Are drill
bits covered with a warranty?
No. Drill bits are
not covered with any type of warranty. We are
extremely confident that
with due care our drill bits will exceed your
expectations. If you are dissatisfied with
the performance of your bit (ie. the bit broke
on
the 5th drilled pocket hole) please review
the guidelines for extending
drill bit life and
contact
us if you still have a concern and we will
do our best to accommodate you.
