Where should I set my depth collar on my KJD Drill Bit? To get the desired screw penetration you can use the standard depth collar settings measured from the SHOULDER of the drill bit to the depth collar. (See page 18 of your owner's manual) The distances can also be referenced on the base of both the Benchtop and Portable Base.
