DESCRIPTION: The key responsibilities of the position include Customer Relationships: • Answering and routing calls on a multi-line phone system. • Greeting and assisting customers, vendors, and visitors. • Processing incoming and outgoing mail. • Handling a variety of administrative tasks including data entry and counter sales. • Managing maintenance and toner inventory of office copiers and fax machines. • Assisting Customer Service Representatives or other staff as needed.
